Enlightened solutions within your grasp
As from my personal perspective: Defining an "asset" as something tangible or intangible, and of a quality that which is owned and of value, then from my point of view, an important asset is one's best version of their health and fitness as built and maintained through an active lifestyle of physical and mental activity. These are known to be proven factors in both life longevity and functional quality, especially in our senior years.
My lifelong interest in cycling started over 50 years ago. Since then, I've surpassed 100,000 miles of road cycling, including racing when I was young. Augmented with running and strength training, cycling has been my most important activity in building and maintaining my fitness objectives which I developed from my interest in exercise physiology throughout my life.
But more than that, cycling is also an immersive and liberating way to travel in new places and countries with all the senses engaged. It is to experience the connection to geography, scenic beauty, and culture of a region. Unmatched by other modes of transportation, it is unscripted silent simplicity and exploration in respectful ways. Among my favorite destinations being Europe attending pro cycling racing events and other bike tours there.
